HI,
We have these wooden casement windows in our Sanctuary. Can you identify the operator from this picture? I believe it's a 9.5" arm. we want the whole operator. This is a working window, we have some that are not working and need this exact piece to be replaced. I am not sure if its right or left, i will know more later. Can you idenify the operator?

This might be the 39-031 and 39-032 Dual-Arm Operators, depending on the link arm length. See below. Compare to your old hardware and see if anything differs. The 39-031 has the arms attached to the left of the handle; the 39-032, to the right. You'll need to remove your operator cover for each assembly to see which is needed for each window.
