can you identify this lock?

I need to replace this lock, it does not have any markings or name or numbers on the lock or handle or door. it is a sliding patio door in a condo built 20 years ago. the part on the door is 6" long and 3/4" wide, the other part is 4 1/8" long, 10/8" wide and 1/2" deep. can you match it?
