can't find casement window part

Hi, The surface on my existing casement window crank which connects to the window is slightly bent on the left side so doesn't completely latch onto the turning mechanism in the window. I don't know the brand and I think it was installed in 80's or 90's. I can't bend the existing one so am hoping to find a replacement.
