Hi tom.a ready bought some of those.they fit perfectly but the door doesn't move . I a ready adjust the wheel all the way down and my door doesn't move.
Can you see the picture that I sent to you?? That wheeler it's in a little angle.

When you tighten the adjusting screw (clockwise) on a heavy door, it makes an angle like your photo. You might want to have someone hold the door up as you tighten the screw.
