Thanks for your patience in this matter. I'm very sorry that it took me a while to answer your post, we have been swamped.

The good news is, your operator is very familiar to me. The bad news is, if you were looking to just replace the handle, I'm afraid that won't be possible. This style is designed in such a way that the handle cannot be repaired or replaced. If it's broken, you'll need an all new operator entirely.

We have a couple of options, depending on size. See our 39-037, 39-069, and 39-070.
