Hi, Nancy.

Your bottom door sweep reminds me of something like our 58-189 and 58-190 but I'm not sure if these would work. Look over our specifications and compare them with yours to see if they match up. You may also want to consider the 58-176 and 58-186 for doors that are 1-3/4" thick. These would wrap around the bottom of the door and install on the sides with screws. See what you think!

As for the weatherstrip, can you remove an undamaged sample and show us a clear view of the end profile?
