Could you help me identify this part? The operator is losing grip. Unlike all the other bedroom windows, which open either from left to right or right to left, this one locates in the bathroom, and opens from bottom top as shown in the picture. Thank you.

Hello! I am not sure if we have an exact match for this awning operator. Start by comparing to the 39-312. It looks similar but review the specs and dimensions and see what you think. For a new handle, see the 39-114L. For a track and support tabs, see the 39-512 and 39-584.

Bob, thanks for the lead. I did a quick measurement and found the arm is 9 inch long, so it looks like 39-454? If so, I don't see any color option for this part. As you can tell, I am looking for the bronze option.
