hi - this window was damaged by a bear getting in. looks like i'll need that bent arm assembly, as well as the crank and cover for the latching mechanism. also some of the wood trim parts and the screen. thanks for your help!

Wow, that must have been one hungry bear. The good news is we can help you replace this operator. Right off the bat I think our 39-264 is the part you want. Just note that if your window was made anywhere from 1995 to 1998 that you'll also need the 39-362 adapter plate to mount it to your sill properly. The date should be in the corner of the glass.
As for the cover and handle, see our 39-152 and 39-286, respectively.
