Hey John. I am afraid this isn't enough to go off of, as a lot of window operators have that body design. I need to see the entire assembly, including the link arm(s), to narrow this down. A bird's eye view with either the operator out of the window or at least with the window open is best. From there we'll do our best to help.

Perfect, thanks. This looks like either our 39-032 or 39-156. The difference between these two operators is the length of the link arm, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. In either case, you can use the 39-107 for a new cover and the 39-114L as a new handle.
