casement crank operator broken

This is original to the house we bought. after 20 yrs it won't close all the way. I need a new one but am confused on what to get..LH and RH confuse me as well not sure if those are interchangeable or not.

Hello!

Your operator is a match for our 39-092 but I'm afraid ROTO discontinued the link arms so you would have to re-use your old ones. As for determining the handing, we recommend focusing on what side the handle is on and use that as a reference for what side you need.
