casement crank out window operator needed

I have a truth casement crankout window with a broken operator mechanism. There is a number 30744 on the arm of the operator The window is around 22 years old. Looking for a replacement

Hey Nick. This looks possibly like our 39-220B and 39-221B operators; go over the dimensions to confirm. For new handle and covers, see the 39-375 and 39-376, or the 39-451 and 39-452, depending on which style you prefer.
