That worm gear cannot be repaired or replaced, unfortunately. If that fell out, then you need an all new operator.

I would recommend looking at our 39-032, first. This looks very similar to your existing part, but you should review the dimensions we show on the 39-032 store page to be 100% sure that they match up.
