casement cranks - need replacement hand crank or whole thing.

I have two casement window hardware. I am missing handle on one. If I can get new handle great. If too dificult to get handle, I am glad to get two new systems. 11.5" from center of "crank box" to end of extension. I want somewhat same shape as there are custom screens made for this.

Hi there! Your operators look like they match up with our 39-001 and 39-002. Now, you mentioned that you only needed a handle. If so, these two operators are compatible with our 39-104, which has a 3/8" hole diameter. As long as your old handle has a 3/8" diameter, as well, then this very well may work for you. Otherwise, I feel confident that the 39-001 and 39-002 will replace your old operators.

Thanks. The 39001 and 2 only have 9.5 inch extension arms. Is that okay in comparison to the 11.5" I have? I know that screw holes won't be the same. Just want to make sure it can do the work.

The shorter arms may make a difference, yes. To be clear, I wasn't recommending the 39-001 and 39-002, I was just using them as an example for the kind of operator that can use the 39-104 handle. You mentioned that you only needed the handle. As long as your old handle has a hole diameter of 3/8" then this will work.

If you did need new operators, we can look more closely at our other options. It looks like the parts you have now weren't original to the window, so odds are we can find something that can work. Let me know!
