casement hand crank

Question

I have 45428 and I saw you recommended part 38-097, but my dimensions are slightly different. screw holes are 2 1/4" on center, 2 3/4" tall and 2 1/4" front to back. I know it sounds confusing. but the one constant is the screw holes being 2 1/4" on center.sorry I can send photos. part also says truth and there is a number 12 inside. thanks in advance. I only need the one but I will order two.

Thanks for reaching out to us. With that many differences, it sounds like your lock is fairly different than our 38-097. At this stage I think it's best if we get photos of your original part so that we have a better idea of what you're dealing with. Please let me know if that's possible and we can work from there.
