We sell a number of different operators that may replace this, but none of them are interchangeable. You have one of them, I'm just not sure what. At this stage we can't guess.

What I need from you is to disconnect the long, straight arm from the track and show me a picture of the end. That will allow me to determine the best option for you. Or, even better, just take the whole operator out. That way there's no blind spot.

Your photos here also show the hinge, which appears to be a match for our 36-049. Yours is probably going to be a little different but that's okay. The base track is 14", same as ours, which will allow it to work. Just make sure you replace the top and bottom at the same time.
