casement operator stripped gear

Hi I have a casement window that currently has a stripped gear that needs to be replaced. here's some numbers I've found stamped on the different parts of the window. Long arm - entry guard truth -40753. shorter arms L 31538 and 20810A. The base plate 45273. Please see the attachments for measurements details. Sorry I forgot to add the one photo with the baseplate dimensions... it's 4 15/16 wide, and distance between the holes is 3 15/16... please let me know if you if you need anything else
