casement hinge

Hi, I'm trying to replace my window hinges but there isn't any part/model number on the hinge.

I've added some photos with measurements.

We'd be happy to help but we have a few operators that look quite a bit like yours. If you could show us the wheel at the end of the arm that rides in a track under your sash, we should be able to determine the best replacement. Thank you!
