casement hinges 7.5" for weathershield window 1995 install

i am looking for replacement hinges (right opening) for Weathershield casement windows installed in 1995. The plastic covering on the guide tabs have deteriorated and broken. see photos. The length of the hinges are 7.5" x 5.25" in length (with no markings). Can you help find replacements or alternatives.

Sure. How about taking a look at our 36-004-10 bar hinge set and see if these are worth giving a shot.
