Thanks for reaching out! The part here in the photo appears to be the arm that attaches to the bottom of the swinging sash and the link arm that helps the casement hinge to pivot. 

I'll need to see the sill track from the hinge to make the best possible recommendation. You'll also need it to confirm all of the dimensions to ensure it will be a fit. This is what allows the track slider to travel so that the window can swing open and closed.

Thanks for providing the photos and measurements. It does appear that the 36-048 might be the best fit. However, you'll need to be sure to double check the dimensions from the diagram to confirm that it will work as a replacement for you.

Keep in mind, you may need to drill new installation holes to install this hinge set. We recommend exercising caution, in that case, so that you do not damage the glass panes when drilling.
