Sounds like you need a new lock and tie bar, but it's difficult to tell what you need from these photos. They're a little unclear. Photos of the hardware themselves will be much more useful than photos of the window at this stage.

To start, please remove the lock from the window and show me a photo of it by itself. For the tie bar, I just need a photo of each roller along its length. I also need you to measure its length and write the measurement out in your response.
