Do have these or know where we can obtain them and who manufactured it we need 2 Thanks

I recognize this operator. It is a very old version that we do not have an exact replacement for. I recommend you consider either our 39-037, 39-069, or 39-070 and see if you can get any of these to work. It will take some improvisation.

Do you sell just the lever?

Unfortunately, the lever is not able to be replaced by itself. If yours is failing, it is likely due to a problem inside the operator itself. Replacing the lever wouldn't fix that.
