casement lock fits, but doesn't fit

I recently painted my windows white so now I want white hardware. Pictures of the Truth hardware are attached. As you can see, the handle has been partially painted. I just want white replacement parts.
I ordered the 38-097. Now I have a new issue. The new part fit in perfectly but the depth isn

It looks like your inquiry got cut off, but I think we get the gist of what you may need. Your keeper looks like it needs to be updated since it is not compatible with your lock. So, our 38-079 sash lock keeper should work just fine.
