casement lock handle broken....both sides or I guess left and right

Quick Learner from Tiverton, RI

It appears both handles broke although I can jury rig them in to lock or unlock. Prefer obviously to get new ones. There is a back outside plastic plate which on one was snapped off so hoping it comes with that piece of plastic. I do have a few windows which need replacement spiral window balances so hoping to take that apart tonight and figure out what I need along with these casement locks.

Hopefully the pictures do the trick!

Hello, David.

I'm afraid I can't ID your lock from these photos. Can you remove an undamaged one from the window and show us some photos? That will allow me to narrow down your replacement options.

Thanks for getting back to me, David! Our 38-096 and 38-139 come to mind. Look over the specifications, especially the projection of the fork, and see how they compare with your old lock.
