Hi

I have a part the same as your part #39-399, except my arm is only 9 1/2".
Do you carry these. Same part as 39-399 except longer arm.

Thank you for posting. We don't currently have the 39-399 with that size arm. It is a fairly unique operator. Are you sure it's exactly the same? Make sure to carefully compare the attachment at the end of the arm and the size of the base. It may be best if we see a few pictures of your existing hardware removed from the window so we can find a better match.
