casement operator

Thanks for reaching out to us! The operator you have is an older, discontinued Roto operator. To replace it, we suggest using the 39-092 ROTO Casement Operator. Although, you should be aware that you will need to hold onto the link arm to install the replacement. Unfortunately, we do not carry the replacements and I'm not sure they are made any longer.
