Good afternoon looking to replace my casement operator I wanna say this is Stateline windows It opens to the right

Your operator resembles the Roto 39-329 and 39-330. Take a look and see how the dimensions shown on our product pages compare to your hardware. Thanks for posting!

39 330 It looks like a perfect match with the hardware pilot holes

Great, as long as the dimensions match up to yours then you should be good to go. Please note that the operator in your photo has the handle mounted on the left side of the base, which would match the 39-329.
