Question

small arm that has truth on it is about 5 5/8"
long arm on window is about 11 3/8"
#ers stamped are 20545A and 30849

Thanks for reaching out to us. Can you clarify if you were looking for the hinge or the operator? Or both? These are two distinct components that, while they work together, aren't connected and are supplied separately.

If you needed the operator, could you remove it from the window and show me a picture of the full assembly in one shot?

If you needed the hinge, can you tell me the length of the track that screws to the sill?
