casement operator threaded insert

Question

I need to replace a Brass, threaded insert to a Cradco Awning Window Model Number CA1USH3119 (Frame Size 36"X 24"). Your Model 39-083 would appear to work with the exception of the dual arms that attach to the Sash. The existing Unit appears to be a Truth Hardware Rotary Worm Gear drive. However, the only part number(s) I have found are on the arms that extend to the Sash. Each arm has a part number, the one on the Left (looking from the inside out) has the number 40011 stamped on the topside. The arm on the Right has the number 40012.

Will this your Model 39-083 work or can be modified
to work with the existing "Slide Rail" attached to the bottom of the Sash?

Any assistance/advice you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

It's possible that our 39-083 can match, but the numbers you gave us don't refer to that operator, specifically. The only way to know for sure is to carefully compare the dimensions and style of the 38-083 to your own part to ensure that they match. If you are not sure, you can take a couple pictures of your part for us to see and we can work from there.
