Hello,

We do not carry replacement hinges that match the width of your base but the 36-004-10 or 36-004-14 hinge set should work as long as you replace the top and bottom at the same time. Since one is a bit smaller and the other is larger, the range that the sash opens may differ a bit. Thanks for posting.
