my casement win actuator has broken Number on arms are -30744 and 20810 is that part avil--if yes do i just order direct from you?

You can order directly from us if we have this part, but those numbers don't identify your operator. Can we see a photo of the whole operator (arms and all) from a bird's-eye view?

Thank you! Start by looking at our 39-031 and 39-032. I think these will work, but go over our dimensions just to be sure, especially the size of the link arm. As long as they match up I think these will be great replacements.
