Hello! I'm confident we can supply you the hardware that you need, I'm just not sure what you mean when you say "crank." Do you mean just the handle, or the whole operator? I've heard customers refer to both as cranks interchangeably. 

If you just need a handle, see our 39-205 with an 11/32" hole diameter. I'm confident that this will work for your operator. We also carry the cover, which would be our 39-107.

If you did need the whole operator, I'll need you to open the window and take a clear top-down photo of the complete mechanism. That will allow us to find a good match.
