I am looking to buy best fit replacement crank assembly.

I had a window man at Menards give me a poto copy of the replacement operator, you recommend andy carry, But I can't find the paper, can you help me relocate this part to order from you. the U.S.PAT. is 4505601, The PAT. CANADA is 1986 U.K. PAT. is 2135397 and there are numbers around the installation screw holes 45002. I await your help!!!
