casement window crank cover

Question

I ordered/received (SWISCO.com order #712279)two 39-107 in white, the hole is too small, won't fit over the crank. Do you have the same one, just with a bigger opening? Thank you!

I'm surprised the 39-107 doesn't work. Looking at your photo, I don't see any significant difference. I can't imagine Truth would design two different kind of covers with only a minor difference in the size of the hole, especially since they use all the same size handles. Can you tell me exactly how you're having trouble installing it? Make sure to fully remove the handle before snapping the cover in place.
