casement window crank operator

Question

Uninstalled pic (sorry, didn't get installed version-- no others like it in the house), from 30 year old window, probably. would like to replace like for like, seems a little nonstandard. stripped, and not working very well.

Hello! Don't worry, seeing the operator uninstalled is actually much more helpful than seeing it installed, so this is perfect. This looks like our Pella 39-176 operator. Check it out and let me know what you think.
