casement window crank replacement

Hi, I believe this is a crank from a Marvin Casement window installed in the 1980s

Number on the 2 piece arm is L30841.
Number or the base plate is 40372.

Long arm is 9"

the straight part of the arm with 2 sections is 4" and the bent section is 3-1/4"

The base is 5" by 2-1/8".
