casement window cranks

A home owner from Lafayette, NJ says:
How do I know which "crank" assembly to order? I have two different models of anderson windows. One model on the older side of the house, and a newer model on the remodeled side!

Tom from SWISCO responded:

If you aren't sure which operator to purchase, then I can help you. You can start by removing each operator from the window and uploading a couple photos of them here for me to review. If I can see them in good condition and without obstruction, I feel confident that I can point you in the right direction.
