casement window cranks

Question

Hello,
I bought some casement windows from a company called Slim-Line windows and doors in 2000, unfortunatley they are no longer in business. The cranks on the windows no longer opens the windows. I managed to find this number on one of the window locks: CAN PAT2142071

Would you be able to help me locate replacement cranks for my wondows?
