casement window hardware

Home Owner from Iowa
I have a number of windows that have internal gears broken off. Circa 1939. No markings for manufacturer of part numbers. Can you identify the company by these pictures.

Hello, thank you for posting,

Unfortunately I do not recognize this operator at first sight. I am going to have one of our senior experts further review to see if we can offer a suitable replacement option. I will be in contact as soon as more information is available. Thank you for your patience!

I have been able to determine from a patent number in a latch that this is a Hope window. No further identification in the operator. Do you know if there were more than one size and style used during this time and if replacement parts are available?

Hello,

Yes, yours is a very old Hope operator which has the mounting holes going into the window sill. Not sure if you can still get your exact Hope operator. Unfortunately we do not carry an exact match. Start by taking a look at the two types of operators we carry which can be mounted into the window sill. Take a look at these suggested  operators related on the page along with the related track and information.
