Truth 31230A This is from an almost 30 year jeld wen (Caradco) casement window. The short arm measures 4-12/16 inches from center of pivot point to center of hole that slips over the post.

This is from an almost 30 year old Jeld Wen (Caradco) casement window. The small arm measures 4-3/4" from center of pivot to hole center. Measurement from end of bar to end measures 5-1/4" This happens to be top of a left split window. Small arm stamped with "Truth 40887" Large base metal stamped with "301230A"

It appears that you are in need of a new hinge assembly. The best we can provide is the 36-048 2-bar hinge set that has a 10" sill track. Please compare all dimensions to see what you think! Please note that both the top and bottom hinges will need to be replaced at the same time.
