the latch on this window broke and the crank is stripped. I don't see any identifying marks on the window. Can you help?

I think we can help, yes. The lock in your last two photos looks like it could be a match for either our 38-097 or 38-095, depending on size. Look these two parts over and let me know if you agree.

I'm less sure about the operator. If you need that, I will require a clear picture of it removed fro the window entirely.

A home owner from 11570 says:
I've attached 2 additional photos. maybe these will help you identify the operator. The operator measures 5-1/2" from left to right. One picture is from the outside (as best as I could get) and the other is from underneath.

These photos help, but they're still unclear. Much of the operator is cut off from view. I need to see it out of the window and in full view without obstruction. It is necessary to see the entire mechanism in one shot.

A home owner from 11570 says:
i tried to remove it from the window, but i don't see how to unscrew the "arms" from the bottom of the window frame. Hope these pictures help.

Tom from SWISCO responded:

You can disconnect the arm from the sash by pressing back on that metal clip. That will allow you to just pop the arm off the frame.

As for the operator itself, the closest we have in our inventory are the 39-089 and 39-090. One problem, however, is that they lack that bottom tab you have on yours. I'm not sure if that will be a deal breaker or not. Look them over and see what you think.

A home owner from 11570 says:
The bottom tab on which picture... 1, 2 or 3?

can you please advise if this does not work can I return it?

Tom from SWISCO responded:

I'm referring to the bottom tab on the first picture in your second post. I hope that clarifies.

You can see our return policy here.
