Although, to determine the best possible replacement, I'll need to see a photo of the existing hinge and I'll also need to know the length of the track installed to the window sill.

Thanks for the photos and for confirming the measurements. I'm sorry to say do not carry any hinges with an 9" track, unfortunately. The closet we have to that measurement are hinges with a 10" sill track. That said, I would suggest taking a look at the 36-048 2-Bar Hinge Set. Carefully review and compare the dimensions shown below.

There is a strong likelihood that this hinge will not be an exact replacement match to your existing hinge. That said, you will need to consider that you'll need to replace both the top and bottom hinges; this may require drilling new installation holes. This hinge set can be used for both the left and right side of the window.
