Please help me identify and supply the casement window hinges pictured below. Makings on it reads 74on the long arm, while pry under here on the shortest arm.

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to say that we do not carry the casement window hinge you are searching for. There is a possibility our 36-048 might work for you, however, it would likely require drilling new holes to install it. With that being said, I cannot make any guarantees that it would work. Take a look and see what you think.
