looking for price and availability on 5 sets of left hand and 5 sets of right hand
upper and lower hinge kits and crank arm mechanisms.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Start by taking a look at the 36-048. Review the specifications and see if they match up with yours. Note that you'd want to replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time.
