casement window is not working

Question

Hello, please help to identify which part I need, I do not have make/part but I will attach the picture for you to take a look and hopefully identify the part. The metal part that is attached to the bottom of the window is not holding the arm in place so when I try to open/close, the arm is no longer pulling the window. I need it for the left side, the right is still working.
Window was installed in 2010.

Thanks for writing in! This operator appears to be a match for the 39-330 RH Inverted Split Arm ROTO Operator. The link arm is attached to a bracket on the bottom of the sash, which is likely to be the 39-553 Roto Sash Bracket. Carefully compare the dimensions to confirm that these are the correct replacements for the repair.
