casement window lock installed in 2014

A landlord from Connecticut says:
The casement lock is from a window in a condo I own. Per the contractors proposal the window should be either a Harvey or Plygem. The color is beige/almond. Any help you can give me in identifying and getting a replacement part would be appreciated. I found the label at the top of the window. It does not indicate the manufacturer but thought it might have information you could use to ID the part.

Hello there. I placed a list of replacement locks on this page for you to look over. Look through each one and see if any of these are a match.
