casement window opener arm mechanism

Question

stamped on the 9 1/2 -10 inch straight arm is 'Truth' and 41011,   stamped on the 2-piece( about 5 inches -each section) is 31876, stamped on the 'snap-stud' bracket is 40448.   The metal is a light gray color and plastic covering is a medium gray color.  The window was built by Wilmar more than 20 yrs ago.   Currently I need the the right side.  But since there are twin windows I'll need the left side as well.

I'll need to see a photo of the entire operator. This includes the body of the operator as well as the arm(s) and how the operator connects to the bottom of the swinging sash (window).
