Thanks for reaching out! The cover on your casement operator can be replaced with either the 39-107FK Truth Folding Handle and Cover Kit or the 39-107 Truth Hardware Operator Cover. The 39-107 is used with either the 39-114L or the 39-205 (folding) crank handles.

I believe the sash lock is a match for the 38-075 Truth Hardware Low Profile Sash Lock. The compatible keeper is the 38-089. They are non-handed, so they can be used to replace right and left-handed locks. To confirm that this is the correct match, be sure to remove the lock and compare the specifications. 

All of the recommended hardware (with the exception of the keeper) are available in black and white.
