casement window operator

Question

Greetings,
I no longer am able to open window without slightly pushing the window open. When opening the window, the crank gets stuck. Slightly pushing the window out enables me to further turn the crank.

Can you pls provide the product number for this item.

Take a look and compare the 39-253LB and 39-253RB operators, which use the 39-529 track slider, to your original hardware. If you need new handles and covers as well, see the 39-375 and 39-376. Thanks for posting!
