casement window operator
Thanks for writing in! I'm sorry to say that casement operators are not universal. A lot of them are made to function in a very specific way and need to be replaced with a direct replacement and/or substitute (when applicable). Also, most operators are typically made with a left and a right version.
To identify the correct replacement operators for your windows, I'll need to see a photo of the entire operator. I am specifically looking to see the body of the operator as well as the arm(s).

I finally made it back to NH. Here are the pictures that you requested. I don't need the cranks but included them so that it might help you identify the operator. It seems like the top assemblies are OK but that the bottom operators are not working. Could you please advise what parts I should order. I need 3 opening to the right and 3 opening to the left. If I could get your answer today, I could place the order today and hopefully receive the parts before I leave next Sunday. Thank you for any help that you can give me in placing this order.

I believe the hardware you are searching for replacements for are the casement window hinges. The operators are the mechanisms used to open and close the window. This is does by cranking the handle connected to the body of the operator.
We are not likely to carry an exact match for the casement hinges you have but there is chance that we can supply you with a suitable replacement. Start with taking a look at our 36-048 . Carefully review and compare the measurements to determine if this could possibly be the replacement you need.
These can be used for both the left and right side of the window. You'll need to be sure to change both the top and bottom hinges to ensure your window continues to function smoothly.
Also, keep in mind, you may need to drill new installations holes. With that said, you'll need to exercise caution when drilling to holes so that you do not damage the frame and/or crack the glass pane.
