I have a broken casement window operator. It says Entry Guard Truth. The number on the arm is 20544. The number on the cylinder barrel is 30710. The short arm is 3 15/16" center to center of the holes. The outer mounting screw holes are 4 7/16".
Looking to replace this.

Thanks for this.
It looks close.
The one I have, the short bar, (4-7/16") has a step UP as it leaves the crank mechanism. It looks like these all step DOWN as the leave the crank mechanism. Will this matter? Are these interchangeable?

We've seen this operator with a different offset in the past. Your operator is no longer made but our senior experts are confident that the new version will still work, though you may have to manipulate the shorter link arm to attach it to the stud bracket.

Is the product 39-031 for the left-hand casement window operator?
Please confirm the left-hand casement is where the left side of the window push inward and the right side of the window swings outside looking from the exterior.

We actually determine the handing for these operators based on the side of the handle spline that the arms gears are mounted on. Note that the 39-031 has the gears mounted on the left side, while the 39-032 has them mounted on the right. Take a look and compare the images below to the operator that you're replacing.
